It was my husband Steve’s birthday last April, and we were invited out to lunch at Bella Collina to celebrate with our dear friend Wes Reed, with Reed Family Wealth Services. He knew we were retiring and moving to Tennessee and wanted to hang out with us before the big move. Wes is a member of the Bella Collina Country Club in Clermont, FL., and he knew we’d never been, so we were super excited.

I’m still working on renovating the kitchen, so you can guess why I’m not posting any new recipes yet, but please be patient with me, it’s going to be worth the wait! Anyway, back to my story.

Bella Collina is amazing. If you have the chance to visit, you’ll feel as if you’ve left the country for the day. I might have gone a little crazy with the pictures because this community/golf club is huge! I wanted to give you a tour of the grounds and the architecture at Bella Collina.
