Orlando’s fish market is one I frequently visit.  It’s been in the area for many years and the staff is professional and knows seafood. Located in 1888 W Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park, Florida. 32789. You can also visit them at for hours of operation and directions.

If your entertaining or just making dinner for the family, and want the freshest seafood available, visit Lombardi’s Seafood. Here’s a peek at what they have to offer.

Alioto’s Restaurant, Fisherman’s Wharf San Francisco

2020-04-04 09.17.14On Taylor Street in San Francisco, seafood, and Italian cuisine is a must stop when visiting Fisherman’s Wharf on the bay. My friends Katie and Todd Baker are there and love it! For more information visit their website at I’m making this a must-stop on my next visit to San Francisco.

Swan Oyster Depot

I couldn’t wait to see it for myself. I’m talking about Swan Oyster Depot. They’re a cross between a retail seafood shop and an oyster bar.

There are only twenty bar stools along the counter where you can see them preparing your food. If you’re not there when they open the doors, you’re waiting in a line that goes down the street. Get in line!

The seafood comes right out of The Bay and onto your plate that same day.  It doesn’t get any fresher than that. For more information, you can visit their website at
