Pea, Pecorino, And Pistachio Pesto

Spending some of my childhood growing up in England, I learned to love certain vegetables. One, was English peas, so sweet, my mom made them a lot. I try to incorporate them in different pasta dishes as well. It can be hard to get fresh English peas at my store but to be honest,Image the frozen one are just fine to me. So I thought why not infuse my English and Italian heritage using peas. After I finished I thought Wow!, what a perfect St. Patrick’s Day Hors d’oeuvre.
