I get so excited every year when they have the Pilsbury Bake-Off contest. The imagination of everyday bakers and cooks is nothing short of amazing. Every year I like to put my own twist on a recipe I saw from the Pillsbury bake-off.
This dessert was made using Pillsbury sugar cookie dough. It was originally done with ice cream. My version is going to be slightly different. I’m using Mascarpone. My twist on this recipe is easy and the end result, Classy Sugar Cookies.
