EPCOT Food and Wine Festival 2016

It’s that time of year again!!!  The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival 2016! Two amazing things are happening this year. First, my daughter, Melissa, is coming home to visit.  I couldn’t be more excited!!!

The second amazing news is that my good friend, Pamela Smith, of P.S. Flavor-Wholesome Blends, and her daughter, Nicole Smith-Ramsland, will be performing culinary demonstrations on stage together at the Food and Wine Festival this year. This is just a small preview of these two special ladies and what you can expect to see as Pamela Smith prepares her Chipotle- Tomato Glazed Meatloaf With Cauliflower Hominy Hash, YUM!!!

If you’ve read my previous posts about The Food and Wine Festival, then you’ll know that Melissa and Nicole have a long and special friendship. They also both have a long-standing relationship with everything Disney!  Well, it’s just a matter of days before the two girls will be together again.

 

 

Guests can sample tapas-sized tastes of inventive cuisine from more than 30 global marketplaces during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Sept. 25-Nov. 16, 2015 at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. The popular fall festival also features wine tastings, culinary demonstrations, mixology seminars, nightly “Eat to the Beat” concerts, and a broad range of premium dining events. For the first time in the festival’s 20-year history, global marketplace experiences expand from the park’s World Showcase into Future World (Matt Stroshane, photographer).
