I want to start by apologizing for the blurriness of these pictures. Phone cameras and the pixels were not as good as they are today. 

My friend Luann asked me if I would prepare all the food for her daughter’s Impromptu Baby Shower. Of course, I said, “Yes.” Her theme was Hello Kitty, and she wanted pink to be the color. I wanted everything to be girl-friendly. Except for the mom-to-be, I thought it would be fun to serve pink and blue Cotton Candy Martinis for all the ladies.

I love keeping everything casual with a few special touches. I think people are more comfortable. Here’s what I came up with for that day.
