Blanket Dumplings has gone viral all over the internet. I made this dish for my husband and me this week. The fact that there was no folding of the wonton wrappers was a plus in my book. I used seasoned ground pork to make little meatballs, which I then browned on both sides for a deep caramelized crust before adding the wontons as little blankets. I’ll be posting my recipe in the near future. Watch for it, this one’s a winner!
