- 1 tbsp ground allspice
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground nutmeg Substitute freshly grated
- 2 tsps ground *mace
- 2 tsps ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground coriander
Extra Special Ingredients: (personal choice)
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp candied orange peel
Combine all spices in a small bowl for immediate use. For storage, store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, in a cool, dry, dark place away from any light.
