  • 1 glass jar with a tight-fitting lid Small

Ingredients
  

Ingredients For Chai-Spice Mix:

  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg Substitute ground allspice
  • 2 tsps ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tsps ground ginger

Ingredients For Chai Spiced Sugar:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsps Chai-Spice mix

Instructions
 

  • Stir together sugar and chai spice mix until well combined. Place in an airtight container and store in a dark, cool place.
