Centerpieces For A Buffet Table

on August 7, 2014

The centerpiece should always be what grabs your attention when entering the room at a party. I like to make food in one way or another the focal point of the table that I’m designing a table. I like to keep it simple with small votive candles for lighting, and big platters of simple but delicious food.

Here are some of my tarragon chicken salad cups with grapes and walnuts.

Mini chicken pesto pizzas with grape tomatoes.

Bruschetta with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese. Drizzled in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

My mini Mascarpone cheese filled pastries with fresh berries and a dusting of powdered sugar. Keeping it simple yet elegant no matter what the occasion. This baby shower with the “Hello Kitty” theme was a hit with the new mother and her guests.
