I Love Me Some Jam!

on February 20, 2014

I have to tell you, I love all jellies and jams. You can just do so much with them. Being a foodie, and always watching for new ideas, and new twists on old ideas, I have learned that you can also make savory jams. I know right! Well tomorrow is a meatless day for me  so I have made a onion and tomato jam. It’s different but it’s so good, and I can’t wait to share what I’m going to do with it. Here’s a pic of what my jam looks like, and tomorrow I’ll post the finished dish.Image
