My Version Of Chicken Kiev

This dish is one that many years ago was served on a buffet at a well known restaurant that I had worked at. They made a Salmon Kiev, but I thought I would do it with chicken. I used goat cheese, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes for my filling. I chose to bake mine with a breaded herb crust.
