Let's Dish With Linda Lou

Sharing My Recipes, My Life, And The Food Tale Of Two Cities

Forks Over Knives

on January 8, 2014

Melissa has been on me to watch this documentary on food and how it can impact our health. I found it to be really educational, and I learned a lot. Being that I’m in my early 50’s, and love to cook and eat.  I think that I could make some changes in my diet. I know that I’m not going to give up meat completely but I can sure cut down on my intake of animal protein per week. My grocery store has so many options where I can cook with a variety of whole grains, more plant based items, and  fruit. To be honest I do use these items now, I’m just going to use less meat. The recipes that I’ll be doing will have more fish and that’s ok with me. Also I have some great Gluten free dishes I’m going to post. Getting back to my previous post about my Caponata Chili, I did a kind of “bestover” with the leftover chili. Here’s a pic of the first night that I served it and tonight’s version.ImageImage

I usually do not leave a bunch of remarks, however
i did some searching and wound up here Forks Over Knives | Let’s Dish With
Linda Lou. And I actually do have 2 questions for you if you usually
do not mind. Could it be just me or does it give the impression like a few of the responses appear like coming from brain dead visitors?
😛 And, if you are writing at additional sites, I’d like to keep up
with anything fresh you have to post. Could you make a list
of all of all your shared sites like your Facebook page, twitter
    feed, or linkedin profile?
