A New Look For Tex-Mex Fajitas

on December 9, 2013

Everyone loves Fajitas, I know I do. Trying to get the fajita flavors that everybody’s familiar with but made in a new way. So I’m experimenting with the idea of bringing puff pastry to this dish. Roasted chicken, peppers, shoe peg white corn, and black beans, fire roasted tomatoes, and spices, simmering away in a saute pan until thick and then use this fajita mixture in a puff pastry. Better get to work so I can test this out on Steve.
