Tuna Salad Wraps With Red Quinoa And Avocado

on November 5, 2013

My inspiration for the recipe came from a restaurant that I worked in which served a tuna, avocado and cheddar sandwich. I wanted to put a California twist on it, so I made mine with someImage red quinoa to mix in with the tuna salad and then put it in a wrap. I also added some other great ingredients. This recipe is super healthy and delicious, and there is no mayo added.
