Dessert In A Glass

Sometimes I find that the simplest desserts are the most delicious. This one is no exception. I take room temperature mascarpone cheese, 8 ounces and mix in 1/4 cup of confectioner sugar, 4 turtle flavored Biscotti cookies crumbles up, and my favorite berries and put it together like a parfait. I use a sprig of mint, Imageright from my garden for garnish.
