Egg Rolls

I’m always trying to reinvent some recipe by using my leftovers.  I had some meatballs and some homemade chili left and I wanted to make them into a completely different meal.  It was Sunday and football was on so I figured something hand held would do the trick.  I made egg rolls out of them, with two dipping sauces.  One was a marinara the other a spicy sour cream using Sriracha ( a spicy red chili and vinegar based sauce).  To make these egg rolls the only thing you need is egg roll wrappers, and a heavy pot that you can deep fry in.  You want whatever leftovers you are going to use to be cold so the filling remains firm while you roll them up into the egg roll pasta wrappers.  Image
