Pillsbury Bake-Off

I get so excited every year when they have this contest.  The imagination that everyday cooks and bakers show is awesome. Every year I like to put my own twist on something that really caught my eye.  This dessert was made with the Pillsbury sugar cookie.  It  was originally done with ice cream.  My version well,  I tell you tomorrow because I have get up early for work. but the recipe is easy but the end result is a very elegant looking sugar cookie.Image
