The Centerpiece of a Table

When I do caterings or weddings I always like to have the centerpiece of the table made with some type of food.  The traditional flowers in the middle of the table just doesn’t do it for me.  I want my clients and their guests to remember and talk about the table even after the event is over.  That says I can feel good about the job i did.  Here is the Imagecenterpiece that I did at an event with a Hawaiian theme. Grilled marinated chicken skewers with a Hawaiian glaze.  I do want to apologize  for the photo not being as clear as I would like it to have been.
