My Mother’s day gift was from, of course, my daughter Melissa. It was to Epcot for a special dinner. This gift was a total surprise.

Monsieur Paul, is a gourmet restaurant serving a new twist on French cuisine. The experience from start to finish was amazing, like nothing I’d ever experienced. Here are some pictures of our time together.

Above you can see me here in the lobby of the restaurant. See, the staff comes down and escorts you upstairs to the dining room. They do this by having each member of their team escort you individually, by holding your arm, one at a time to the second floor.

Both the Rack of Lamb and the Pan Seared Halibut Over Gnocchi was so delicious. The plate presentation was nothing less than perfection. The service is just what you would expect with absolute attention to detail and absolute professionalism.
